Lance Armstrong imperiously declares that the doping scandal that rocked the world of cycling before this year's Tour de France would never have happened when he still dominated the tour, winning several titles back-to-back. He reportedly said; "this never would have happened on our watch".

Armstrong has had running battles with the tour organisers for years now.
